TVO International provides high-level institutional quality property & facility management, both project & construction management and professional engineering & technical services to corporate users, developers, financial institutions, investors and home owners associations via its Prague-headquartered affiliates, TVO Europe Property Services and WPM Group. TVO also provides corporate headquarters and industrial plant relocation services, designs and installs corporate information technology & telecommunication systems and “smart building” management & security systems, designs and installs both kitchens & bathrooms, performs “fit-outs” for residential projects and further provides leasing & disposition services for investors, occupiers, home-owners associations and property owners. TVO International currently delivers these professional services in Central and Eastern Europe (“CEE”) including the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Ukraine with plans to expand into other regions where TVO’s platform will bring value to the market, its partners, and its third-party clients.
