TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. TVO International’s primary mission is to acquire and develop strategic real estate investment and service company opportunities by selectively venturing into new regions, developing new projects, and forging new relationships with institutions, investment funds, local developers and owner/operators.

TVO’s investment platform provides full-service institutional-quality asset management supported by “on-the-ground and in the trenches” operating expertise with development, property, project, construction and facility management services experience in regions located outside of North America. Executive Bios

Chris Squitiero, Project & Construction Manager – TVO International

Chris Squitiero is responsible for overseeing construction-related activities including new property development, major renovations and adaptive use projects. Starting in pre-development and continuing through the warranty period, Mr. Squitiero supervises all phases of construction. Post construction, he remains responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the structures by implementing TVO International's proven preventive maintenance protocols and policies. Mr. Squitiero completed his education at Texas Tech University and earned his graduate diploma in Building Construction Management from New York City University. During his twenty-five (25) years in the construction and property development industry, he has acquired an intimate knowledge of estimating and construction management and is proficient in internationally recognized industry standards for construction management software including Timberline Estimating, Primavera's P3, Suretrack for Scheduling, and Expedition for Project Administration & Accounting. Since joining TVO in 2007, Chris has been involved in the development and construction of TVO's medical office & healthcare properties as well as multifamily residential projects and recently provided project management consultancy work in Prague for the Central Park Praha residential project for CPP Development.
