TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. Eduard Lanovik, Director of Ukraine, Business Development – TVO Europe Property Services

Eduard Lanovik is a highly experienced real estate professional with over ten (10) years of experience in the Ukraine and Russia markets in association with international investors and operators in the retail and hospitality sectors as well as in property development and both property & asset management. Eduard is a graduate with distinction of the Kiev State Linguistics University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Linguistics and has earned a Master of Business Administration Degree (“MBA”) from Boston University where he was a recipient of the Soros Foundation Scholarship and further gained a Certified Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation in Financial & Investment Management from the Kiev Business School. Earlier in his career, he was with Sony Corporation in Kiev and later with Adidas-Salomon in Moscow. Mr. Lanovik is a member of numerous professional & civic organizations including the Urban Land Institute – Europe and is also fluent in a number of languages including Russian, Ukrainian and English. Eduard is headquartered in Kiev.
