TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. TVO International’s primary mission is to acquire and develop strategic real estate investment and service company opportunities by selectively venturing into new regions, developing new projects, and forging new relationships with institutions, investment funds, local developers and owner/operators.

TVO’s investment platform provides full-service institutional-quality asset management supported by “on-the-ground and in the trenches” operating expertise with development, property, project, construction and facility management services experience in regions located outside of North America. Executive Bios

Eva Holubova, Residential Design Manager – TVO Europe Property Services

Ms. Holubova is responsible for working closely with developers, investors and occupiers to complete their living premises. Before joining TVO Europe Property Services, Eva had a similar position with a local real estate property management company. As a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer and Installation Coordinator, Eva manages the necessary tasks in the entire kitchen design process beginning with selection of appropriate Sykora Kitchen products and the desired appliances to the logistical support of organizing both delivery and installation. Eva has an extensive customer service background including performing as a Customer Service Representative for the Prague Tribune Magazine, a Business Coordinator in an e-shop specializing in electronic products, and as an Assistant Sales Manager in one of Prague’s most noteworthy classical & jazz music retailers. Ms. Holubova has studied at Masaryk University in Brno where she studied the Czech Language & Literature combined with Creative Arts. She is currently enrolled at Charles University in Prague where she is completing her Degree in Humanities and is headquartered in Prague.
