Kaloyan Bogdanov, Director of Bulgaria – TVO Europe Property Services

Kaloyan Bogdanov graduated in Economics from one of the most prestigious universities in Bulgaria, the “University for National and World Economics”. His career started in the hospitality industry as a top marketing executive in one of Sofia’s five star international chain hotels. He followed this with a position as marketing director for a group of holiday industry companies that had more than 50 years of business experience. In 2002, Kaloyan Bogdanov took the challenge of becoming marketing manager for Address, the largest nationally represented residential real estate brokerage services company in Bulgaria, operating successfully for more than 16 years. Since its beginning in 1993, the company has been constantly growing and now has real estate brokerage offices across the country covering all major Bulgarian cities and resorts. Today, Address is a proud member of AG Capital, the largest Bulgarian holding company investing the real estate sector. Currently, Kaloyan Bogdanov is a Country Manager of TVO Bulgaria combining the strength of TVO across the world with the local knowledge of the AG Capital companies, TVO’s local partner. He is fluent in both English and Russian in addition to his native Bulgarian and is headquartered in Sofia.
