TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. TVO International’s primary mission is to acquire and develop strategic real estate investment and service company opportunities by selectively venturing into new regions, developing new projects, and forging new relationships with institutions, investment funds, local developers and owner/operators.

TVO’s investment platform provides full-service institutional-quality asset management supported by “on-the-ground and in the trenches” operating expertise with development, property, project, construction and facility management services experience in regions located outside of North America. TVO has been able to achieve that level of performance by building and maintaining long-term relationships with a select group of partners and third-party clients.

Executive Bios

Lisa Walsh, Chief Operating Officer, TVO International

Lisa Walsh has more than fifteen (15) years of experience working in the international business sector. For the past eight (8) years, Ms. Walsh has worked in international real estate focusing on managing operations and overseeing operational integration & technology development issues. Ms. Walsh currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TVO International & its Chief Technology Operations Integration Officer responsible for all technology platforms including website development and both management & reporting software for TVO Groupe and TVO International and its affiliates. From 2002 - 2007, Ms. Walsh was the Managing Director of Operations & Technology Integration for Coldwell Banker Europe (“CBE”) which held the master license to thirty (30) countries and territories across Europe. During her tenure, Ms. Walsh was responsible for the direction and scope of the CBE technology platform including development of the European and individual country websites, intranets and back-office software platforms; she managed the operations and technology initiatives required to support over two-hundred (200) offices in eight (8) countries. Prior to joining CBE, Ms. Walsh was based in Amsterdam working as the Regional Marketing Director for Europe and the Middle East for Disney on Ice, a subsidiary of Feld Entertainment. Ms. Walsh received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and is now headquartered in Switzerland.
