TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. Executive Bios

Mark R. Benson, Head of UK & Western Europe, Business Development – TVO International

Mr. Benson is responsible for leading business development of the real estate management services platform for TVO Europe Property Services and its related subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. After obtaining his Real Estate Management Diploma in 1977 and becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1980, Mr. Benson spent seventeen (17) years with Chesterton International as Director of International Business Development. He directed international real estate businesses based in India, Germany, France, Spain, The Netherlands, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the United States. Mr. Benson previously served as a Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Europe. In addition, Mr. Benson has spoken at a number of property seminars and organizations across the globe and has contributed articles to publications in Europe, the United States and Asia. Mr. Benson previously served as a Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Europe. Mr. Benson also serves as Director of Global Realty Services and is headquartered in London.
