TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. TVO International’s primary mission is to acquire and develop strategic real estate investment and service company opportunities by selectively venturing into new regions, developing new projects, and forging new relationships with institutions, investment funds, local developers and owner/operators.

TVO’s investment platform provides full-service institutional-quality asset management supported by “on-the-ground and in the trenches” operating expertise with development, property, project, construction and facility management services experience in regions located outside of North America. Executive Bios

Richard T Combellack, Principal & Managing Director, CTO – GRS International

Mr. Combellack is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland where he earned his BA Degree in Management and his MA Degree in Management & Marketing. Earlier in his professional career and during the period 2000 - 2006, Richard worked with Craggenmore Brokerage Services in Edinburgh and Borgo di Colleoli in Tuscany where he learned first-hand the business of international marketing, residential sales in the international marketplace, and the complexities of conducting business across international borders. In late 2006, Mr. Combellack, in partnership with TVO, began developing the Global Realty Services platform via its Global Referral Services to serve as the hub & centerpiece of a global residential marketing, property referral, real estate products & services, and property brokerage services network comprised of professional real estate brokerage companies and estate agents. Richard is headquartered in London and maintains a formal relationship with Fine & Country and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
