TVO International is the overseas division of the TVO Groupe, a Chicago-headquartered international holding company with investments focused in real estate property assets and real estate-related service companies that provide a wide array of services through various operating affiliates. • TVO Global Partners - the principal real estate investment & asset management entity which maintains shareholdings in numerous international operating affiliates is active throughout Europe, however primarily focused in the Central & Eastern Europe (“CEE”) region and engaged in most property sectors sponsoring investment partnerships between institutional investors and project specific developments and income-producing real estate assets. TVO provides a seamless and transparent investment and asset management platform geared to western and/or global governance & reporting standards structured as joint venture and/or partnership relationships. TVO currently focuses on distressed properties which would traditionally be considered “core and core+” investment opportunities as well as evaluates certain distressed development projects for acquisition when the market presents such an opportunity; TVO executes such strategies with prominent local developers and/or real estate owners located in specific geographic regions where TVO desires to build and maintain an operating presence and long-term investment partnerships. The company has numerous institutional relationships including many of the US and European private equity and real estate funds.

Further, it designs and installs kitchens & bathrooms for residential properties for developers, investors, and occupiers.
